Buyers pay a stranger on the internet. So payments are held until the parcel arrives, every order has a tracking page, and there is a person to write to when something goes wrong.

Labels, pickups, tax lines, payouts, receipts. The work around the work is what makes people quit. Vendar takes as much of it as the law allows.
How the money moves
When a buyer checks out, the payment is processed by Stripe and held by Vendar. The seller accepts the order, a shipping label is purchased, and the carrier collects the parcel.
Once the buyer confirms receipt, or a few days after the carrier reports delivery, the seller's share is transferred to their bank account. If an order is declined or never accepted, the buyer is refunded in full.
That is the whole model. No subscriptions, no ads you have to buy, no lock-in.
